Silver Ring, Cuff, or Bangle Making Workshop

Learn to make one or two textured and personalised rings, bangles or cuffs using silver sheet and different shaped silver wires.

Workshop time: 10am - 3 pm

In small groups of up to six you will be guided through each step of making - learning basic jewellery techniques such as sawing, soldering, hammering, rolling, and filing as well as shaping, forming, oxidation and cleaning to produce a high-quality ring, bangle or cuff made to size.

Over the course of the day, choose to hammer or roll texture onto metal, to stamp words, numbers, or meaningful symbols into your jewellery or to add simple cabochon gems (supplied here).

The amount you can make will depend on the simplicity and finish of your chosen designs. If you finish one item quickly (for example a ring, then you can make a bangle or a cuff as well).

Silver needs to be paid for on top of the workshop day price and ranges from £5 for a small ring up to £60 for a large chunky bangle.

Age 16+ (14- & 15-year-olds may attend must be accompanied by another adult attending the workshop)

Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the course starts. After that bookings are non refundable.
